Con el paso de los años, la colonia se expandió y nuevas generaciones nacieron bajo cielos extraños. Ak y Kumi, ya ancianos, se convirtieron en leyendas vivientes. English translation
As the years passed, the colony expanded and new generations were born under strange skies. Ak and Kumi, now elderly, became living legends. The children listened carefully to their stories of the Yggdrasil, of darkness overcome and light found, learning that each threshold crossed brought fear, but also growth and hope. Luo, Daira, and other founders recorded their voices and knowledge in files to be passed on to future explorers.

Un día, cuando Ak sintió que su tiempo llegaba al fin, pidió ser llevado al observatorio para ver el último amanecer. Kumi, a su lado, le tomó la mano mientras el sol nuevo ascendía sobre la tierra conquistada. Ak susurró: “No temas al último umbral, Kumi. En cada oscuridad hay una luz esperando ser hallada.” Y así, rodeado de amigos y descendientes, Ak se despidió, dejando una paz profunda en el corazón de todos.

English translation
One day, when Ak felt his time had come, he asked to be taken to the observatory to watch the last sunrise. Kumi, at his side, held his hand as the new sun rose over the conquered land. Ak whispered, “Do not fear the last threshold, Kumi. In every darkness, there is a light waiting to be found.” And so, surrounded by friends and descendants, Ak said goodbye, leaving a deep peace in everyone’s hearts.

Tras su partida, la colonia celebró una ceremonia de recuerdo, repitiendo palabras y cantos antiguos que, generaciones atrás, ayudaron a cruzar el abismo. Kumi plantó un árbol en la cima de la colina, prometiendo que, mientras ese árbol viviera, la memoria y la esperanza seguirían floreciendo bajo cualquier cielo. English translation
After his passing, the colony held a memorial ceremony, repeating ancient words and songs that, generations earlier, had helped them cross the abyss. Kumi planted a tree atop the hill, promising that as long as it lived, memory and hope would continue to bloom beneath any sky. Thus, Ak’s legacy became root and branch, song and star.
