El jueves empieza con una suave llovizna. La luz atraviesa las nubes en rayos dispersos, y los charcos reflejan las siluetas de los estudiantes que llegan corriendo a la escuela, paraguas en mano. En el vestíbulo, el olor de la lluvia se mezcla con el murmullo de las voces, creando una atmósfera tranquila y cercana.

木曜日の朝は、やさしい小雨で始まった。雲の隙間から光が細く射し、校門前の水たまりには傘を持って駆け込む生徒たちの影が映っている。玄関ホールには雨の香りと生徒たちの話し声が混じり合い、どこか落ち着いた親しみやすい空気を作り出していた。

Thursday begins with a gentle drizzle. Light passes through the clouds in scattered rays, and the puddles in front of the school reflect the silhouettes of students running with umbrellas. In the lobby, the scent of rain mingles with the hum of voices, creating a calm and friendly atmosphere.

목요일 아침은 부드러운 이슬비로 시작된다. 구름 사이로 흩어진 빛줄기가 내려오고, 학교 앞 웅덩이에는 우산을 들고 뛰어가는 학생들의 그림자가 비친다. 현관에는 빗내음과 학생들의 말소리가 어우러져 편안하고 친근한 분위기를 만든다.
Al entrar, veo a Najimi sacudiendo el agua de su paraguas y bromeando con Komehyo sobre quién llegó más empapado. Kumi llega poco después, con el flequillo ligeramente húmedo, y nos saluda con una sonrisa pequeña pero sincera. El grupo se reúne sin necesidad de palabras, como si la lluvia nos hubiera unido aún más.

校舎に入ると、ナジミが傘をぱっと振ってコメヒョと「どっちがびしょ濡れか」勝負をしている。少し遅れてクミもやって来て、前髪がほんのり濡れていた。彼女は小さく、でも心のこもった笑顔で挨拶する。何も言わずとも自然と全員が集まり、まるで雨が僕たちの距離を近づけてくれたみたいだった。

Upon entering, I see Najimi shaking water off her umbrella and joking with Komehyo about who got wetter. Kumi arrives a little later, her bangs slightly damp, and greets us with a small but sincere smile. The group comes together without a word, as if the rain had brought us even closer.

Durante la primera clase, el sonido de la lluvia es un telón de fondo suave. La profesora habla sobre los últimos preparativos para el festival, animando a todos a poner un poco de sí mismos en cada detalle. Mientras toma notas, Kumi mira de reojo el mural, y yo adivino que ya está pensando en cómo añadirle algo especial.

En el descanso, nos asomamos al pasillo y vemos la lluvia caer en hilos finos, dibujando caminos en los cristales. Hablamos de paraguas rotos, calcetines mojados y anécdotas de días de lluvia en la infancia. Komehyo, como siempre, exagera y dice que en su pueblo una vez vio “un pez nadando en la calle”. Todos nos reímos, incluso Kumi, que esa vez no aparta la mirada.

休み時間になると、廊下の窓から細い雨の筋がガラスを伝う様子をみんなで眺めた。「傘が壊れた話」や「靴下がびしょびしょになった小学生の思い出」で盛り上がる。コメヒョは「昔、地元の道に魚が泳いでるのを見たことがある！」と大げさに話し、みんなが笑う。クミもその時は目をそらさずに、楽しそうに微笑んでいた。

At break, we look out into the hallway and watch the rain drawing fine lines on the glass. We talk about broken umbrellas, wet socks, and childhood memories of rainy days. Komehyo, as always, exaggerates, saying that in his hometown he once saw “a fish swimming down the street.” Everyone laughs, even Kumi, who this time doesn’t look away.

쉬는 시간, 우리는 복도 창문 너머로 빗줄기가 유리창을 타고 흐르는 걸 바라본다. 망가진 우산, 젖은 양말, 어린 시절 비 오는 날의 추억을 이야기하며 웃는다. 코메효는 "우리 동네에선 도로에 물고기가 헤엄친 적도 있다!"고 과장하며, 모두가 크게 웃는다. 이번엔 쿠미도 시선을 돌리지 않고 환하게 웃었다.
