El Club de los Olvidados pasó la tarde entre montones de anuarios, cuadernos amarillentos y pilas de fotos en blanco y negro. Najimi estornudaba por el polvo cada dos minutos; Daigo hacía apuestas con Komehyo sobre quién encontraría antes un “fantasma en la foto”; Yuna iba anotando cada nombre interesante; Takumi, serio, analizaba listas antiguas con la concentración de un detective. Ak, por su parte, no podía evitar sentir que algo importante estaba a punto de salir a la luz.

The Forgotten Club spent the afternoon among piles of yearbooks, yellowed notebooks, and stacks of black-and-white photos. Najimi sneezed from the dust every two minutes; Daigo and Komehyo made bets on who would find a “ghost in a photo” first; Yuna wrote down every interesting name; Takumi, serious, examined old lists with the focus of a detective. Ak, meanwhile, couldn’t shake the feeling that something big was about to come to light.

El corazón de Ak latió con fuerza. Najimi, entusiasmada, fotografió la página con su móvil. Takumi buscó el nombre en los registros de asistencia, pero algo raro ocurrió: después de esa foto, el nombre de Kumi desaparecía de todas las listas.
