Mientras la tormenta continuaba, el grupo decidió buscar juntos a Saki. Recorrían los pasillos y las habitaciones con linternas y los ojos muy abiertos. La casa era un laberinto de puertas, armarios y rincones oscuros. Cada crujido de la madera los hacía saltar.
