Story (CEFR: B1 English)
The next week passed in a blur of laughter, late-night talks, and new routines. We played games, made summer plans, and sometimes just lay in the grass outside, watching clouds drift by.

One night, after everyone had gone to bed, I lay awake, the rainbow marble glowing faintly on my desk. As I drifted toward sleep, a strange dream came to me—Puzzle House stood in a storm, its windows glowing with a mysterious blue light.

Una noche, después de que todos se hubieron ido a dormir, me quedé despierto. La canica arcoíris brillaba débilmente en mi escritorio. Al quedarme dormido, tuve un sueño extraño: la Casa Puzzle estaba en medio de una tormenta, con las ventanas iluminadas por una misteriosa luz azul.
In the dream, I heard a voice whisper, “Every secret brings a choice. Some doors are meant to be opened, others to remain closed.”
I woke up suddenly, heart racing. The marble had stopped glowing, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that Puzzle House was calling out to us, hinting at something more.

Me desperté de repente, con el corazón acelerado. La canica ya no brillaba, pero no podía quitarme la sensación de que la Casa Puzzle nos estaba llamando, insinuando que había algo más.
The next morning, I told the others about my dream. Komehyo was excited—“It’s a clue! The house is challenging us.” Najimi was thoughtful, and Miiro said softly, “Maybe we should be careful about which mysteries we solve.”
