Story (CEFR: B1 English)
We stared in wonder at the rainbow marble. Sunlight from the dusty window caught it, sending shimmering colors dancing across the stone walls. Najimi gasped, “It’s so beautiful… I wonder if it’s magic.”

Miramos maravillados la canica arcoíris. La luz del sol, entrando por la ventana polvorienta, hacía que los colores brillaran en las paredes de piedra. Najimi exclamó: “Es tan hermosa… Me pregunto si es mágica.”
Komehyo took the marble and held it up to the light. “Look! There’s something inside.” We all leaned closer. Within the swirling colors, faint shapes appeared—letters, almost invisible.
Miiro squinted. “I think it’s a message!”

Komehyo tomó la canica y la alzó hacia la luz. “¡Miren! Hay algo adentro.”
Nos acercamos. Dentro de los colores girando, aparecían formas tenues—letras casi invisibles.
Miiro entornó los ojos. “¡Creo que es un mensaje!”
Carefully, we read out what we could see: “The true treasure… is not what you hold in your hand, but what you share with your friends. Let your heart guide you.”
Najimi wiped her eyes. “That’s… actually kind of moving.”

Miiro laughed softly. “Maybe Puzzle House’s biggest secret is that we’re all here together.” Komehyo nodded, and I felt a warmth in my chest I’d never known before.

We left the basement together, carrying the marble, the bell, and a sense that our adventure was only beginning. The mysteries of Puzzle House still called, and as long as we were together, we were ready.
