Story (CEFR: B1 English)
Miiro sat on the lounge chair, her umbrella drying by the door. Najimi brought her cocoa. “So, Miiro, what brings you here on such a rainy day?”
Miiro smiled shyly. “I just… wanted to see if the stories about Puzzle House were true. They say strange things happen here, but everyone becomes friends.”

ミイロはラウンジの椅子に座り、傘はドアのそばで乾かしている。ナジミがココアを持ってきた。「ねえミイロ、こんな雨の日にどうしてここに来たの？」
ミイロは恥ずかしそうに微笑んだ。「その…パズルハウスの噂が本当か見てみたかったの。ここでは不思議なことが起きるけど、みんな友達になれるって」

Miiro se sentó en la butaca del salón, con su paraguas secándose junto a la puerta. Najimi le trajo cacao. “Entonces, Miiro, ¿qué te trae por aquí en un día tan lluvioso?”
Miiro sonrió tímida. “Solo quería ver si las historias sobre la Casa Puzzle eran verdad. Dicen que pasan cosas extrañas aquí, pero todos se hacen amigos.”
Komehyo grinned. “You’ll fit right in. We already have three mysteries today—maybe you’ll help us solve them faster!”
I handed Miiro the notebook full of clues. “This is our puzzle diary. Want to help?”

Komehyo sonrió. “Vas a encajar bien. Ya tenemos tres misterios hoy—¡quizá nos ayudes a resolverlos más rápido!”
Le entregué a Miiro el cuaderno lleno de pistas. “Este es nuestro diario de acertijos. ¿Quieres ayudar?”
Miiro flipped through the pages, her eyes wide. “You’ve solved so many! I love riddles, but I’ve never seen puzzles like these.”
Najimi laughed. “Every day brings something new! Yesterday we found a silver bell that can bring back memories—but only when you really need it.”

Miiro hojeó las páginas, sorprendida. “¡Han resuelto muchísimos! Me encantan los acertijos, pero nunca vi unos como estos.”
Najimi rió. “¡Cada día pasa algo nuevo! Ayer encontramos una campana plateada que puede devolver recuerdos—pero solo cuando realmente la necesitas.”
Komehyo leaned closer. “Let’s show Miiro our latest clue. The next mystery is supposed to be somewhere in the attic. Brave enough to join?”
Miiro grinned. “Try and stop me!”
