The Interview (面接)
**Interviewer:** "So, why do you think you are a better candidate than others for this position?"
**Applicant:** "Thank you for the question. I believe my five years of direct experience make me more qualified. I am as capable as any of my peers in managing large projects. Furthermore, I am a team player. I would rather collaborate with others to find the best solution than work alone."
**Interviewer:** "I see. In your view, what is the most important quality for this role?"
**Applicant:** "That's a great question. In my opinion, it's not so much technical skill as communication ability. Technical skills can be taught, but being able to communicate effectively is far more valuable in the long run."
