Es viernes y la escuela de Kumi celebra un recital de música. Todas las clases practican canciones y bailes. Kumi, Yui y Akari van a cantar “La canción del sol” con sus compañeros. Kumi está un poco nerviosa, pero también emocionada.

Cuando llega su turno, suben al escenario. Las luces brillan y los padres miran con atención. Kumi respira hondo y empieza a cantar con voz clara. Yui y Akari sonríen y pronto todos cantan juntos con alegría.

When their turn comes, they go up on stage. The lights are bright and the parents watch closely. Kumi takes a deep breath and starts to sing with a clear voice. Yui and Akari smile, and soon everyone is singing happily together.

At the end of the song, the audience claps loudly. Kumi feels very happy and relieved. Afterwards, children from other classes play flutes and drums. Everyone enjoys the recital a lot.

Cuando termina el recital, mamá y papá abrazan a Kumi y la felicitan. Kumi les cuenta cómo sintió mariposas en el estómago, pero que fue divertido cantar con todos. Esa noche, sueña que vuelve a cantar en un escenario muy grande.
