My Cooking Adventure in Osaka
Hello, everyone! I’m posting on my blog about a cooking class I took last week in Osaka. The class was at a small school in the city center. We learned to make okonomiyaki, a Japanese pancake. The teacher, Ms. Tanaka, was very kind and showed us how to mix vegetables, eggs, and flour. I added shrimp to mine, but some people chose pork. Cooking was fun, but my pancake was a little messy! After cooking, we ate our food with a special sauce. It tasted great. The class lasted two hours, and I met some nice people, including a tourist from Australia. I want to try making sushi next time!
